About Us EssKay Enterprises is a pioneer in manufacturing food extruders in India. We have made a mark being a dominant manufacturer of vibro fluidised bed roasters, food extruders, mixers, conveying systems, automatic dosa making machines and automatic idli making machines. These machines are used in large scale preparation of food items, snacks, nuggets, dosas and idlis in Industrial and Defence Canteens, Hotels and other places of mass feast.
Automatic dosa and idli making machines are the realization of the concept developed by Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore. Automatic dosa making machine produce 400 dosas per hour and lends itself for continuous production of ready to eat dosas, hygienically prepared untouched by hand. This is highly useful for large scale preparation of dosas of different sizes and kinds.
Ours is proprietor company having monopoly in manufacture and export of food extruders, driers/coolers, mixers, conveying systems (flat belt and screw type conveyor), flavour applications, liquid flavours, conditioning tanks etc. So far, we have successfully commissioned nearly 45 units all over India and Sri Lanka.
Our extruders are also being used for manufacturing pregelatinised starches which are used as a lubricant while drilling oil wells. We have also extended out activities in manufacturing automatic dosa making machines, idli making machines and vibro fluidised roasters.
Background EssKay Enterprise is the brainchild of Mr. S. Krishna Murthy, who holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering attained in 1971. He has a vast experience of nearly 11 years working as a Factory Manger cum Production Manager in a public limited company. He specialized in food extrusion technology in manufacturing a variety of ready-to-eat snack foods like cheese balls, corn curls, chocolate coated snacks, high protein snacks, textured soya nuggets, baby foods and breakfast cereals. After gaining vast experience in production, maintenance and repairing extrusion machines he started EssKay Enterprises in 1985.
